*** To Kill A Mockingbird STUDY GUIDE***

Hello Dear Students!

Thank you for all your hard work today in class. I'm expecting a spectacular debate between the triumph group and tragedy group. :)

I enjoyed meeting with Kat, Tim, Tessa and Jonah today. I am looking forward to conferencing with the rest of you this week. Please be sure to e-mail me a copy of your draft if we have not conferenced yet. I will be collecting your completed draft at our next class.

Purchase (or borrow) your copy of To Kill A Mockingbird by Harper Lee. Read chapters 1-11. This is an excellent novel and I'm very excited to study it with you guys. We will be learning about integrity, courage, racism, and compassion.

Please print out this study guide. Read/Complete pgs 7-13 in the study guide. Be sure to do the Character Analysis of Atticus on a separate sheet of paper.

***You do not need to do the Extending Your Response part at the very end.

Remember you also agreed to write one journal entry this week... :)

Have an awesome fall break!

See you in two weeks!!!!
